Standard Chartered and LIFTWOMEN® Jointly Launch “SC WIN Now & Next Challenge”
Standard Chartered Hong Kong and LIFTWOMEN® have launched the "SC WIN Now & Next Challenge" to support women entrepreneurs, offering HKD 1 million in grants and professional training to five winners. The initiative, under Standard Chartered's Women's International Network (SC WIN), aims to empower women-led SMEs ready for growth and market expansion through an 8-week "LiftHER Global Accelerator Programme".
The program addresses the limited access to funding often faced by women entrepreneurs, as highlighted by SC WIN's Hong Kong partner, "Women of Hong Kong." SC WIN provides tailored products, networking platforms, and strategic assistance to SMEs. The "SC WIN Now & Next Challenge" will select ten participants from over a hundred applicants for the accelerator program, culminating in a pitching competition in late August to determine the five grant recipients.
